Budapest ONE Business Park, designed by Paulinyi & Partners, won the CRE Awards – WELL Project of the year 2019.
WELL Project of the Year Award is given to projects which reach the high standards of Well Certification and which demonstrate the values and advantages of WELL Offices the most. WELL Certification aims to encourage the creation of healthier, more comfortable and stimulating workplaces and real estates. It also regards the environment friendliness of the designs. Budapest ONE Business Park is the first project which received this award.
