Property technology, or proptech means the digital transformation of real estate market. Nowadays lots of new technologies appearing with lightspeed, for example the office functions that can be controlled by smartphones or voice, sensors, or the fully virtualized buildings. The goal of the PropTech Hungary 2018 conference, organised by HWSW and iroda.hu, was to bridge between the building development industry and technology, and to open the gates between thec two different sectors.
Szilvia Bősze, the Business Development Director of the company group, held a presentation titled “From the planning table to the building usage - Artificial intelligence in service of human intuition”, in which she presented what kind of leading technologies and methods are used in our company group during the design phase, that makes us capable of optimization of new urban areas and building. As one of the to female lecturers, she strengthened the women presence in the event.
