As part of the Kelenföld urban development project, Etele Plaza was awarded at the national level of CIJ Awards evaluating commercial property investments.
Etele Plaza, under construction as the biggest commercial and entertainment center in South Buda, won the award for the Best Retail Development. The building designed by Paulinyi-Reith & Partners, commissioned by Futureal Group, gained its second award within a short period as it was awarded on the national level of the International Property Awards.
The foundation stone of the building was laid in November, where P-RP was represented.
The 10 years old CIJ Awards is the longest-running commercial property awards event in Hungary. The category winners of the national level will compete against the awarded projects of 8 other countries in the Central-Eastern-Europe region for the Best of the Best CIJ Awards Europe.
