The Budapest One project has received a prestigious accolade, winning the Office Building of the Year award at the Office of the Year Awards. The unique design of the 66,000+ square metre building in Őrmező was perfected using parametric design methods to deliver a sustainable and energy efficient workplace for tenants.
Budapest One won the award for its outstanding sustainability solutions and services open to the local community. The building was the first in Hungary to receive the international WELL Building Platinum certification for its positive impact on the health and well-being of employees. A healthy working environment is ensured by the spacious, green interior and roof garden, a 500-metre-long panoramic running track and a bicycle storage area with showers.
