Guiding the ship is our very own Paulinyi & Partners Innovations, the development centre of our group, solidifying its reputation by winning the Proptech Europe Award in 2024. The consortium is also supported by the whole of the Paulinyi & Partners group, bringing decades of multidisciplinary expertise in architecture, engineering, and urban development to the table.

Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits (IIS)

A global leader in applied research, Fraunhofer IIS brings cutting-edge expertise data-centric spatial and risk research. They are leading in the development of AI-driven tools and methods for geospatial imagery and satellite data to support more sustainable location decisions.

Envirosense Hungary

An award-winning company specialising in remote sensing and Earth observation. Envirosense supports the consortium with environmental modelling and advanced data processing of satellite imagery.

Together, our goal is to develop an efficient, scalable solution for analysing and optimising urban energy use. We will share more about our progress in the coming weeks.
