At the conference entitled BIM - Innovation and Opportunities in Szentendre, Béla Szivák Head of Digital Development, presented the complex decision support and consultancy service portfolio of Paulinyi & Partners Innovations, the innovation subsidiary of our firm.
The event of the Ministry of Construction and Transport focused on the application of BIM in Hungary and Europe and was discussed by Hungarian and foreign BIM experts and representatives of professional organisations. Our experts at PPI not only use BIM technology in traditional construction projects but offer business consultancy services for property managers and real estate developers based on technologies like machine learning, genetic algorithms and big data analysis.
Béla Szivák presented our Energy Quick Scan (EQS) service, which supports the energy renovation of existing buildings and enables complex decision making, and which was successfully used this year in the preparation of the renovation of the Allianz Hungária headquarters. EQS has also been recognised at European level, winning the PropTech Startup & Scale-Up Europe Awards, and PPI has been ranked among the best innovative construction companies in Europe by several organisations.
