Among other things, the article also reveals, that the special curves of the building designed by our office, although they seem irregular at first, were created by using parametric design methods, based on an ideal office grid of 1.35 meters.
The curved form of the building was also influenced by wetting and acoustic considerations, as well as wind effects. This waveform allowed the green frontage sections to be increased and to create as many terraces as possible. Thanks to its environmentally friendly design, Budapest One has been awarded WELL Platinum pre-certification during the construction phase in 2018 and WELL Health-Safety and BREEAM Excellent DesignStage in 2022.
