Dr. Gergely Paulinyi, our firm’s CEO participated in the panel discussion of the Construma 41st International Construction Exhibition, which was dedicated to the situation of the Hungarian housing market.

The discussion was moderated by László Koji, President of ÉVOSZ. Among the invited guests were Gergely Fábián, State Secretary for Industrial Policy and Technology, Ádám Banai, Executive Director at MNB for Monetary Policy Instruments, Financial Stability and Foreign Reserve Management, Miklós Csikós, Technical Director of Cordia Management Ltd. and Ákos Kiss, Managing Director of Property Market Ingatlanfejlesztő Kft.

In response to the moderator's questions, Dr. Gergely Paulinyi spoke about the energy situation affecting housing prices, the advantages of brownfield investments in the development of urban areas, and the vision of our office in the field of urban-scale investments. The experts present all agreed that the energy crisis, climate change and other changes in the market environment are creating challenges for the domestic housing market that require cooperation between industry players.
