An award-winning neighborhood is being created in District XIII: at the Real Estate Awards ceremony, Láng Negyed project, which was designed by Paulinyi & Partners, was presented with the “Commercial Project of the Year 2025” award. The revitalisation project, located in Budapest’s 13th District on the site of the former Láng Machine Factory, aims to create a liveable, mixed-use and long-term sustainable urban quarter.
The development seeks to establish a compact, people-centred urban environment through the contemporary reinterpretation of historic industrial buildings and the thoughtful integration of residential, office and commercial functions.
It is particularly meaningful to us that the project is being realised in Budapest’s 13th District - an area of the city with which we have maintained strong professional ties for several decades.
