Etele Plaza - designed by Paulinyi & Partners and developed by Futureal - has the largest continuous glass wall facade in Hungary. The facade is assembled from 154 glass panels and is even larger than a water polo court.
The building gained interim certification with a Very Good rating in the BREEAM green building certification system. Etele Plaza will be easily accessible and by incorporating durable materials and recycling waste, it minimizes the environmental impact.
