The development of traffic infrastructure, the birth of the intermodal hub established the possibility for forming a modern, multifunctional city center, of which the first two giant developments are Budapest ONE office complex close to its completion, and the recently opened Etele Plaza - both designed by Paulinyi & Partners architectural office and developed by Futureal.
