Sustainability, life-cycle thinking, and conscious design were front and centre at one of this year’s INFOTÉR ConTech roundtable discussions, where our company was represented by interior architect Orsolya Vass.

Orsolya emphasized that creating a livable civilization for the future requires long-term thinking — and architects should always want to think at least 10 years ahead. This echoed the thoughts of our CEO, Dr. Gergely Paulinyi, who spoke at this year’s ConTech about the need for architects to set the pace for the industry.

Interior design and architecture form a close unity, meaning sustainability and economic aspects must be addressed together throughout a building’s entire life cycle.

Certified materials, compliance with standards, and conscious material use all contribute to responsible building practices. Several of our flagship projects - including Etele Plaza and the Budapest One office complex - were developed according to these principles.

“A resilient and responsible built environment can only be achieved through the synergy of architecture, technology, and regulation.

At Paulinyi&Partners, designing with responsibility for the future in mind is part of our everyday practice — driven by innovation, sustainability, and a people-centered mindset shared by Orsolya and all our colleagues.
