Our design team's priority was to create a city centre that is a real hub in functional, intellectual and cultural terms. We also wanted to make the existing vegetation more liveable with additional green spaces and tree planting to make the neighbourhood even more welcoming.
With the concept, we dreamed of a residential and office district whose functions strengthen local communities and also provide an opportunity to experience closeness to nature. Together with the office and residential buildings, we have placed areas with retail and public functions, which enable all services to be provided locally for the residents and workers here. The common features of the various buildings are independence from fossil fuels, minimised energy use and sustainable operation.
