Nordic Light Trio will be the last phase of the office corridor on Váci Road. In the third phase of the office complex designed by our company group, the most advanced sustainable architectural solutions will be implemented in a nearly 25,000 m2 gross floor area.
During the design of Skanska's project, the primary objective is to reduce the energy demand of the building by 25% below the Hungarian average, approaching the level of zero external energy consumption. In order to achieve this goal, our colleagues used energy-efficient mechanical solutions, such as a cooling system for heat recovery, which contributes to the heating of the building in winter.
Future users of the building will recognize the environmentally conscious planning throughout the office: the internal garden with large green areas, the bicycle storage with spacious changing rooms and showers, and the electric car charging stations will support the everyday needs in a sustainable urban place.
