The office complex in Kelenföld received 2 awards at this year's CIJ Awards Hungary gala. The Budapest One Phase II and III won the Best Office Development and Best Leading Green Building Development awards.
The building, designed by Paulinyi & Partners on behalf of the Futureal Group, was the sixth to be honoured, alongside prestigious awards such as last year's CIJ Awards Best Office Development, WELL Health-Safety for Workers' Health and Wellbeing and the BREEAM Excellent Design Stage Environmental Certification for Sustainable Buildings.
The CIJ Awards Hungary is the longest running property development award for business investment in Hungary, now in its 16th year. The winners of the national round can compete against the very top from the Central and Eastern European region for the HOF Awards Best of the Best title.
