The V43 Advance Tower project gained Very Good certification in the design phase at the BREEAM building certification system.
The BREEAM system examines various aspects of sustainability in a building, for example the aspect of energy, waste, materials, or water. During the design phase of the project made for Futureal, the goal was to reach the Very Good certification. On account of the work of the experts of P-RP and its sustainability strategic partner and provider, ABUD, the building met all the requirements for this certification.
The building has already gained the Platina pre-certification of the WELL certification system previously.
