Based on the architectural plans of Paulinyi-Reith & Partners and being built by Skanska, the Nordic Light Trio offers new offices that ensure healthy and convenient working spaces for the future employees. The goal of the new office building is to obtain the WELL and also the LEED certification. The project is even more outstanding because the development, construction and design teams work together on the basis of the IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) method.
The WELL Building Standard is an international building qualification system that focuses on the impact of buildings on human well-being and health. The evaluation process is based on seven aspects that the workplace environment provides for those who are working there: natural light, air supply, water, healthy nutrition, exercise, mental freshness and comfort.
The Health and Safety Week, organized by Skanska, focused also on the physical and mental health in the context of the employees well-being.
