North Side of Csepel Island

The mission of the conception plan - which was made by the commission of BFVT Ltd. - was to investigate the position of high-rise buildings at the development of North side of Csepel Island. The future high-rise buildings would oversize the actual regulations. We proposed suggestions for the position and the realization of the high-rise buildings. During the conception plan we investigated 120, 160 and 200 meter high buildings. Mérték Architectural Studio made the architectural conception, the principles of the energy-conscious design and the visual designs.
