At the margin of Baia Mare’s city center a new Shopping center was designed and built. It is approximately 60.000 m2 out of which 30.000 m2 is the rentable area. The building has a garage below ground level, and 3 shopping levels; it also houses a 6000 m2 supermarket, a 6 screen cinema and a dining area with a terrace.
