Láng District

The project, supported by data‑driven, algorithmic design processes, is being developed near the Váci Road office corridor, the most important economic and transportation hub of District XIII.

The development includes the design of more than 146,000 m² of residential space, nearly 68,000 m² of office space, and approximately 3,000 parking spaces.

The new headquarters of World Aquatics, relocating to Hungary, will also be situated within the development area on nearly 20,000 square metres.
