The construction of the Nagykanizsa Sports and Event Hall under the Modern Cities Program has reached another milestone, the supporting structure has been completed and the building has reached its highest point.
The sports hall will be located on an area of more than 80,000 square meters, the highest point of the building structure is 18 meters.
The arena, together with the open mobile stands, will be able to accommodate 3,000 spectators, but in addition to sports events, infrastructure will be built for other events - concerts, exhibitions, fairs, city community events, cultural events. During such events, it will be possible to accommodate an additional 2,000 spectators on the battlefield. The building is scheduled for completion by the fall of next year.
